I am sure the D day in this game will be the first fair turn in 1944 ! Please don't miss it !
Hasn't D-day already happened?

Maybe Morris is using the term D-Day in the more generic sense, unconnected with Operation Overlord.

I think he meant: "the Allies have not begun an attack on Paris yet".

I think if morris have some real defence, there would be no reason to hide it.
So actual defence supposed to be pathetic, if it is so secret.

That's a bit harsh. I've seen on the board time and time again where someone like supermax would selectively show screencaps to hide surprises for his opponents, and they were never pathetic.

I think Morris is probably just enjoying teasing everyone
If you have a look at it, his massive PP income has to be 'somewhere'

He lost all troops in sort of suicide "screening", i don't believe in building real new army from scratch.
Maybe its horde of infantry and garrisons, but not real army.

Yes , you are quite right ! Both west & east allies are looking forward to the first fair day . Then storm will coming . I think there should already no space to deploy any new plane! & in the east Soviet is endless .

I think this AAR demonstrates that GSv2.10 is pretty well balanced. We have two Titans standing toe to toe duking it out with the final outcome still in doubt. Wouldn't it be ironic if this game ended in a draw.

Excuse me sir , what is a draw ? I thought it only have two kind of result : Allies win or Axis win .

A "draw" is a tie. If the axis lose their last capital on turn 105 (May 12, 1945) then the game is a draw. If they lose it earlier than that the allies win and if they control one or more capitals at the end of the allied turn 105 then the axis win.

It remains to be seen how much resistance Germany will offer.

Apr 7th 1944 fair
It should be the time !
In the east Soviet finally arrive at my defence line which is just beside Berlin . In the west Allies move forward into the position full attack .
In Italy , US take Taranto .
We are waiting for the Allies storm like a sitting duck .
After this turn , you will find everything !

This doesn't look extremely strong, although we only see a part of your defence line. Italy will fall soon and Germany will be hard-pressed, as the Allies will be attacking everywhere.

Morris vs Joe Rock Manstein's yellow plan 1944 edition

Apr 27th 1944 fair Manstein’s yellow plan 1944 edition
Finally we come to the first fair turn of 1944 . In the east , Soviet launched full attack in the north & easily destroy two INF with full airsupport & made a break through. But our Lvl 20 SS Mech help INF to take the position back easily . Since the Whole Luftwaffe ( 11 lvl 12 FTR & 3 Lvl 13 TAC ) has to provide airsupport for the great Manstein’s yellow plan 1944 edition in France , so the Troops in the east front has to defend Soviet’s attack without any aircover . They will use their courage & blood to against Stalin’s Steamroller . Fortunately , They all in top effectiveness & high tech( Lvl 20 Arm , Lvl 20 Mech , Lvl 13 Corp)
In the west , We launched a Manstein’s yellow plan 1944 edition against the Allies France group. The compaign does not finish , but at the first turn of this compaign ,we concentrate 7 lvl 20 kingtiger , 5 lvl 20 Mechs including 2SS ,& 6 INFs to attack the enemy’s group around Paris ! We did achived a lot in this turn’s bloody fight by strong air support of the whole Luftwaffe . we kill 6 Mechs & 3 INFs . There are only 2 arm & 2 Mech & 5 INF & 3 para left in western france ,If we can continue this for one more turn , It will be almost no allies troops in the west ! No matter whether I will win the game , at least Manstein’s plan works well & reserve a great victory of this compaign !
The screen shot of this turn before move :
East front
Italy front
France front
Allies airpower in England
After Move :
east front
France front
