Hi Pete etc, no real issues other than there are certain things that crop up from time to time and its very hard to find the answers clearly in the rules. At Bayfog there must have been 4 issues that all experienced gamers had completely opposite views on. An updated and widely circulated faq could sort these am sure. (From memory.. expansions into contact; mixing firing at short/long range; evades through troops when there is no room behind(death to the evaders but it takes 3 separate references to sort) etc etc. many people have 'house styles' but in the heat of a competition its impossible to find the section needed.

Rob has kicked off a thread on this. Let's see what we can pull together.

Yep - I've literally just got the stockport rankings today from Hammy, so I'll get them done over the weekend. I normally produce the rankings every month end, but December is a sparse month :)

The next set (just to wet your appetite) will include the following competitions:
- Stockport (still working out how I'm going to do this)
- Warfare
- Nothern Doubles
- Godendag

However, surprisingly as it may seem, the person asking for the rankings may have jumped several places ;)

Now sent over to the BHGS - hopefully will be appearing on a BHGS website near you shortly!

Do the new rankings include the Scottish Open?
Or is Hunter keeping the results quiet on the grounds of National Security :D

It would appear to be the latter. I'll drop hunter and John a mail to see if I can get them.

Or it could be an English conspiracy to keep the jocks in their place! Answers on a postcard please :)

Thanks Tim.

And to answer the other question, it appears that the Scottish Open results will not be appearing on the rankings.

Looks like Dave isn't prepared to accept my emigration to Scotland yet. I'm still being listed as 'Essex'.

Well Alan, if you stopped wearing the high heels, skintight leather legging and white T shirt with the slogan "I am Alan fly me." Then you might be more readily believed that you are no longer Essex!! Even that is your office wear so God knows about the weekend when you let your dyed blonde hair down.

I see traditional highland dress appears to have been modernised somewhat.

That's nothing, I've heard he wears a kilt at weekends.

Well I don't know about the kilt but the Braveheart blue face paint sets of his sequinned dress just right.

I have been known to wear a kilt when going to a restaurant with family. And wore it to the Scottish Open. You should have been there Dave.

I believe I was elsewhere at the time of the Scottish Open. I did consider it.
