The two contenders meet on the plains in northern Italia, close to Mediolanum and the Padus river, for a final showdown with the prize being sole control over the Roman Empire (and victory in this campaign... ).

Aetius (Roman IV) defeats Kronenblatt (Roman V) 46-18


Harder than the score shows, many of the Roman IV's legions were worn down close to auto-break by the end. The Roman V legions invested more in cavalry, but they were luckily held back for the most part, while the center started breaking through mid-game. Feeling generous, and happy that the empire is one again, Aetius I pardons the misled Roman V and their commander, hopefully ushering in a long, peaceful era. Side note: some minor tribe calls the Hons or Huns are supposedly massing near our border, but I've been told it won't be a problem...^^
