OK thanks. At this stage I am looking for anyone who may have gone AWOL, or anyone who has clearly taken on too many matches. This is the last opportunity for me to address these issues. After Monday I will not be adding anyone else to the tournament and any un-played matches will have to be adjudicated.

A close game which saw a mixed Persian force of cavalry and infantry on the left defeat the Median cavalry wing (helped by some Median units continuing their pursuits off the map) and a second force of Persian infantry just about held firm long enough against the Median spearmen attack to get over the victory line.
