I am filling in by playing Hsiung-nu and since I am also the GM, I will move last regardless of the Movement Sequence Number that I am assigned. Besides, I received MSN 7 so I wouldn't normally move until after 1 - 6 MSN have moved. We are at MSM 3 at the moment.

Hey Will, can I take the 3rd turn since Armenia is my vassal. I'll use it to attack Seleucid again to free up a movement path for RBS to maybe invade something more suitable for his army on turn 4. Otherwise he has to attack Selecuid which might not be so much fun with almost a pure Irr. Foot army.

Armenia, as your vassal, can pass through your vassals or any vassal in the Nabataea vassal chain. That means that they can attack Seleucids, Saka, or Hsiung-nu. Vassals in the same vassal chain may only attack each other if there are no other options.

Bactria is ready to defend against the long-awaited counter-invasion of the Parthians.

I am left not knowing whether it is my turn or not, and whether I get to choose who I fight.

As per above:
Armenia, can pass through any vassal in the Nabataea vassal chain, or any battle, or any territory without a star (representing the army). That means that Armenia can attack Seleucids, Saka, or Hsiung-nu. Vassals in the same vassal chain may only attack each other if there are no other options.

Hey RBS, go ahead and attack whoever you feel comfortable with then.

The Seleucids are only one move away (1,100 FP), but the others are three to four moves away (1,000 FP). You can judge which is the easier adversary. If you win then you receive another vassal of course.

You might as well invade me, Richard. Everyone else has.

I guess so. An easy victory for you, but I am used to being everyone's biatch now.

Armenia - rbodleyscott (1,100 FP) vs. Seleucid Empire - stockwellpete (1,200 FP) in Middle-Eastern Agricultural.
The Turn 5 Score Sheet and Movement Map have been updated (page 11).
Movement Sequence Number 4 is next: Ptolemaic Kingdom - mikec_81

Sorry, but you will have to travel further afield. You cannot attack another member of the same vassal tree (page 11) that you are in unless there is no other enemy available to be attacked. Saka and Hsiung-nu are available to invade.

Shoot, I didn't pay attention to the vassal chain. Saka it is then.

Ptolemaic Kingdom - mikec_81 (1,000 FP) moves 4 areas to attack Saka - devoncop (1,200 FP) in Steppe. The defender sets up the game.
The Score Sheet and Movement Map have been updated (page 11).
Hsiung-nu had MSN 7, but as the GM I will skip my move and move last.
Movement Sequence Number 8 is next: Nabataea - hidde. They cannot attack anyone in their vassal tree so Hsiung-nu must be attacked:
Nabataea - hidde (1,000 FP) moves 5 areas to attack Hsiung-nu - w_michael (1,200 FP) in Steppe. The defender sets up the game. Note that the attacker's movement penalty is capped at 200 FP.
Arab Tribes - iandavidsmith (1,100 FP) moves 5 areas to attack Atropatene - Ulysisgrunt (1,200 FP) in Middle-Eastern Hilly. The defender sets up the game.
All of the combats have been allocated. Good luck.
