Yes, the campaign file is set up to allow transfers.
But don't ask me how
I've never transferred core units and leaders between campaigns

There is no invasion of Britain in the Blitzkrieg 41-42 campaign.
This campaign starts with Germany attacking Yugoslavia, Greece and Crete. Then Germany turns east towards the Soviet Union.

But you can import Blitzkrieg 39-41 core units into the Sea Lion Campaign.

It's not you. It's something that cropped up in an auto-patch (4.1.4?). It was addressed in a beta patch (4.1.5) which is available here. When the next public patch is released (the developers are working on other issues), everybody will have the custom campaign button back but for now, you may want to manually patch to 4.1.5.
