Dim30 Armenian defeated Doyley50 Romans. A good game. Massed armenian cavalry with 2 elephants and some inf have destroyed roman cavalry wing. Roman infantry had little impact on this part of battle. Thank for the game Doyley.

gamercb's Welsh 477-599 AD beat imatson2527's Byzantine 493-550 AD 14.

Welsh numbers told as the Byzantine armoured cavalry evaded from the advancing Welsh medium infantry, leaving the Byzantine infantry to be surrounded and defeated in the centre.
The evade won this battle. Not one Byzantine cavalry held when charged. The Welsh cavalry suffered when pursuing, leaving themselves exposed to flank attacks. It was a close game in the end.

SawyerK with the Gepid army lost to peterpiper leading the Ostrogoths by 42-15. The superior Ostrogothic cavalry literally ran over the Gepid cavalry and both flanks crumbled before the Gepids could make much headway with the foot units.

This battle actually concluded some days ago but I still in Digital League reporting mode and expecting peterpiper as the winner to post the results. Sorry for the delay!

Hi just to confirm, this game is now completed. It went to the wire. In the end the Lombard cavalry managed to get round the flanks of the Welsh and took them out. Otherwise it was looking grim for the Lombard infantry. Thanks for a great game. Final result Lombard scored 58% Welsh scored 31%. BW Ian
