Thanks  I really loved to see proper naval icons in the mod. I am inspired :P
Кэп wrote: Sun Jun 08, 2025 7:44 pm please add new frigates and corvettes with hypersonic missiles for balance
That fictional scenario takes place in May-2025. I used all the ships that officially are part of the Pacific Fleet at the current time.
Maybe I could make a 2026, 2027 versions in the future.
Regarding the Zircon missiles, I am not going that deep, otherwise it will impossible to balance the game: every single class has its own special capabilities and weapons. Similar to the FPV drones discussion, I cannot make balance down to that detail, the game is not prepared for that. So I tried to balance all the units as best as possible, i.e.: if add the hypersonic missiles capabilities to those corvettes without any balance, those units could destroy the entire enemy ship in 3 turns :P
Don't worry, the scenario is quite balanced.... I think. 8)

And now that the work on the naval stuff (stats and icons) is almost over, I will post some new ground units... I didn't forget about armies 8)

New material for the Polish and US armies:

The RSTV Shadow is quite an special unit: recon, stealth, and AT capabilities... all in one

More surprises to come soon.

Best regards,
Akkula.

I wanted to replay the world war for Russia but after your posts, something tells me that I need to wait as the global changes are not over the seas ))))

The Russian forces are also receiving new shiny units in the upcoming update.
Here we can see the 2S43 Malva artillery system and the high tech 2S38 Derivatsiya:

And now.... the most powerful unit of the whole game.... the Oreshnik long range ballistic missile:

Is not going to be "one kill per shot" unit, but it will be quite devastating, with an insane range.
Of course, it will cost A LOT of prestige to acquire it.

More to come.

Best regards,
Akkula.

This is very cool, a new powerful land component for the Russian army (Oreshnik, and then maybe yars), cool icons of the new art. Maybe it will turn out that you will reach the nuclear triad)) :?:

SOS!!! It is urgent to balance NATO armies, maybe give them more aviation and ground forces, otherwise it will be easy to play for Russia in the big scenario

Akkula, a personal request, update the award system in Russia, add a couple of orders, including the Order of Courage, I save my combat core for units that have especially distinguished themselves, because they heroically do their job on the battlefield, thanks in advance.Image[

And for naval units the Order of Nakhimov and Ushakov (beautiful orders)

For example, my Order Bearers combat core from another favorite mod Soviet Storm, it's nice to control such units.
That's how it would be with the Order Bearers guards in the updated mod 2.15ImageImage

Hehe, the nuclear arsenal is extremely difficult to implement in Panzer Corps. For now, let's stick with conventional ballistic missiles 8)

Well, I had that in mind, that's why the Oreshnik has low ammunition and it's insanely expensive, although you shall receive one for "free" at some point of the battle.
NATO side already has air superiority, but I see your point: the AI can't use it properly. Let's what I can do.

Maybe later, as I have my hands full with the ongoing changes. But sure, I could try to work on same new medals for Russia. 8)

I am working on a new small scenario for the upcoming update. It does take place in the frame of the WW3 Story.

PS: yes, I did rework the T-64 icons, now they look more badass.

Judging by the flags on armored vehicles and cities this is an armed conflict in Transnistria ) Yes this is a very curious region that at any moment can erupt as Ukrainian but this is in reality ) What to expect that our favorite author will show us in his universe time will tell )

What an unexpected and pleasant news !
My next pack (after the one I'm preparing with Serbia) will have a scenario in Transnistria, and I wanted to make new icons for them.
Apparently, it will be even better : a full army will be directly available thanks to your work :D

A small scenario indeed : this territory is only about 20-30 kilometers wide. Dependind on the scale you choose, it could be very small.

With Transnistria, you have nearly made every army in Europe! Kosovo, Cyprus, ... I don't think about many more before having everyone in Europe.

2.15 will be another huge update, apparently 8)

About nuclear weaponry, they are very particular and are not really into Panzer Corps scale.
My 2 cents if someone want to represent them. That's how I intented to represent it in my own scenarios, but I'm still very far to the point it will happen in my story. So if someone want to take the idea, feel free to do it first
Other than a artillery unit that one-shot everything it target (too close to what we already have with missiles units like the Iskander ones), I intended to make a flying unit (the missile itself) with associated scripts in each map in which they are supposed to appear. This script could be "once nuclear missile is in hexagon X, every unit in zone Z (multiple hexagons around X) are destroyed, and every unit entering Z from now on suffer 3 damage each turn while they are inside Z". With of course various different X and Z zones, to allow the player to choose where to strike to have the best effect.

It could be interesting to represent it like that in a setting where one side is loosing ground and have no other choice than to strike advancing enemy army before it reach the heart of the player territory. A tactical strike ; a strategic strike would mean that civilians are the target, and even in a totally fictionnal video game, I'm not a fan of this idea.

This method would give this weapon the devastating effect it has IRL (that should be far more important than just "one-shoot" one unit each turn), and could completely change the course of a scenario.

Just a few ideas in passing, I'm going back to my corner

Yeah with nuclear weapons it's best not to mess around ) Besides the mighty blow that kills all living things in the epicenter there is still radiation that will kill and mutate the shelled area for many hundreds of years )))) Rather on this gesture of desperation in which there will be no winners not many dare to dare )

Romanians as I do will be with moldova in one core to attack or land operation on the shoulders of Romanians and moldovans nato as always air support ) opponent is pnedrestrovtsy and russia ! I hope it will be possible to play for both sides or it will be a Romanian company ?

Judging by the second picture, Ukraine wants to occupy Transnistria for access to NATO Romania ) It will be a bloody and epic battle I think whoever acts quickly and decisively will win it )

You can do it exactly the same as the previous Windows versions: just create a shortcut and add the /nocache parameter in the properties. No different than before.

The Transnistrian army has some unique units like the rocket launcher systems Pribor-1 and Pribor-2. And the rare Humvee clone knows as "Transvee":

The operational group of Russian troops in Transnistria and the PMR troops, and if it can contain the Romanian, Moldovan and possibly the Ukrainian Armed Forces, there may be help in your mod for the Russian army in the form of an airborne landing of airborne troops and a marine landing from a large landing ship in the Black Sea and through Odessa to take control of key points in Eastern Europe?

Akkula, hello!
It's great that you've taken up the conflict in Transnistria, it's one of the starting points of World War III - God forbid, of course.
I'd like to see in future updates on your possible future Romanian-Prednistrian company, new beautiful icons of the updated Russian fleet, for example a couple of UDCs that are being built in Kerch.

Project 23900 Ivan Rogov-type universal landing ships are a project of Russian universal landing ships-helicopter carriers (UDC) of the 1st rank of the ocean zone, developed for the Russian Navy.
