Division B

Aetius39 (Byzantines) defeats Challenge1 (Palmyran) 46-4

There was a large hill with all rough ground that the Palmyrans took with massed archers and lights. The Byzantine army is a mobile army but mobility was restricted in this map, so while the heavy infantry units moved to their right, the lights and cavalry made an all-out attack on the hill. It was a success (there was a bit of luck in it for the Byzantines as well) and the threat on the hill was eliminated. After that, the lines clashed but the Palmyrans were outnumbered and after a few flanks they were routed. I think it was hard to decide what to do for both armies with this strange map. GG as always!

Well done. It was a close division this season. I thought I might have had a chance for a while.

Barrold713 (Dailami) defeats Stormcrow (Norman) 49-22 to finish out the season.

The Dailami foot swung around en masse on my left while the rest of the force and my elephant held the line. The impact foot in superior numbers took the key hill and the elephant and Ghilman handled the lancers well enough to get the win.

If two or more players have the same number of wins then the results of the matches between those two or more players will determine the final positions in the league table. Where these results still do not separate the players the players will be considered to have "tied" and will be given equal standings in the final league tables."
