This coming update will make the debut of new category in the scenario list: WW3 Story. Here I will put scenarios related to the main WW3 Story of the mod, side battles outside from the campaigns.
For example:

As you can see, I have made a new icon for the Su-25

Now it does make honor to this amazing warrior.

You mean related to the WW3 Story?. The campaigns end late 2019, so no.
If you are referring to fictional/fantasy scenarios, then yes. I will definitely keep working on medium/big sized fictional battles "a la Europe".
And of course, at some point, I will add historical scenarios post-2020, in fact, the Second Nagorno-Karabakh War scenario is coming in this update.

So in a contrived scenario, can we expect to see new units in the Polish army like the K2, Poprad, or F35?

In 2.1 are you going to do a big update of the armaments of the countries in question?

Possible in 2.15 (I want to lock 2.1 so I can release it next week), yes. I still have pending on my to-do list the "2025 equipment" update.
There are already some ultra modern stuff added to some nations, but I know that countries like Poland or North Korea have upgraded their armies quite significantly in the last couple of years.

If I remind well your first two MC campaigns, the player in the russian one had to deploy in Belarus to save trapped belarussian units and restore a cohesive frontline; so the "historical" (well, "in-universe historical") winner of this battle was Poland, if my memory don't fail me.

Well, those battles take place second half of the WW3 story. This scenario takes place at very beginning of the conflict

I just "locked" the content for 2.1. Right now I am polishing things there and there and, if I got the time, maybe one more scenario. Release date: somewhere next week.

Some of the icons improvements, the Su-25. Aside from the better looking icon, now every nation has its own proper camo/markings:

About the Su-25TM, I did a major overhaul to this particular unit. Now is much more versatile and lethal: it has a ground (anti armor) and naval attack.... and also can defend itself (not attack) against fighter attacks, of course a humble AA value. The unit must switch to select ground or naval targets (naval attack has range 1).

Also the MiG-23 and Su-17/22 icons have been completely reworked and painted with specific camos for each nation:

Also the U-2 Dragon Lady icon has been completely reworked, now has the proper sensor on its back.

It seems another WW3 scenario will make it to the upcoming release: Yecheon '18
A battle between DPRK and ROK forces in the center of South Korea, it does take place around the time the player is fighting in Taiwan in the main campaign.
It's a basic and simple scenario: two armies facing each other head on. Might be improved in the future.
