Gavin, warlord and doyleys battle is also on the border so snuggles cannot reinforce. Kingi can send a small force to aid me just as easily as Iandavid can send one to aid kerry.

Correct snuggles can't reinforce.... no awsum Kingi cannot reinforce otherwise snuggles can also reinforce... if mutual move and clash reinforcing army MUST border both counties... Umpire has spoken (to the sound of thunder

Warlord and Damatrois (just Warlord updated 29/6) have retired to the countryside to write their memoirs so this is the new regime

Triarius takes over warlords territories and army. His Southern army is disbanded and the territories become unclaimed (changed not disbanded 29/6)
Damatrois's army is also disbanded (changed not disbanded, just late 29/6)
Thus the sides remain equal

Umm just received orders from Damatrois...unfortunately too late to process this season. He's clearly still in the game so he won't be disbanding, so he's the proud owner of Wales! I still need a player to take over Triarius's (Mike's) army in the south so anyone interested pm me as soon as possible.

Doley please issue challenge to Triarius (who is taking over the north) not Warlord

Royalists Renegadoes 1200 = 1000 + 2 additional counties (2x50) +NW Region (1x100)
Parliamentarian Purists 1250 = 1000 + 3 additional counties (3x50) + NC Region (1x100)

Both are field armies - neither being a flying column.
No nearby reinforcements for either of us.

That being the case I am ready to bring bell and good book south to mend the error of the renegadoes ways.

According to Gdod i'm reinforcing Doley, so his force will be 1200 + 180 reinforcement = 1380pts

Doley for King, Brian for Parliament, Kelen reinforcing Doley Royalists reinforcing bonus. Open battele (Sorry got this one wrong first time...Snuggles can't reinforce as battle on border between Westmoreland and Lanchashire, Kelen can because county borders both Westmoreland and Lancashire...hope this clarifies situation!))


NB (Flying columns can reinforce as it is assumed they move quickly so takes same time to move two counties as a field army moves one county. Thus, in time for battle)


Also my understanding based on previous turns is that movement and county ownership are resolved before combat, so as you'll ony have 2 counties by then the Rebel force will only be 1050pts.

Doley is correct, unfortunatelt Triarius you only have 1000 + 50pts for 1 county =1050 (the other is your home county so no added points, and also unfortunately Doley is reinforcing after having captured two of your counties....dire straits queue music ...may I suggest the parliamentatians + scots list to counter)

GD this system of the Army Points available to Players per turn is completely unfair and should be revised.

Player's decide points for battles by adding up the points from their claimed provinces and referring to the following table.

This should read "Player's decide points for battles by adding up the points from their claimed provinces at the start of the Turn and referring to the following table.

Player's armies should be mustered and plans made using the resources available to them from the Counties held at the start of the turn, not two minutes after the moves are known.

Having the Northern Counties Lancashire Invasion Army smashed in numbers, when it is already marching across the border into Lancashire, by a Flyer trudging through snow, rain, hail, gale force winds and ice through two counties in another part of the Division of Counties seems ridiculous.

I would also like to see players having an option to accumulate resources i.e. Militia and supplies, in their Counties by not including that Counties value in the Field Army of that turn.
eg A player with three Counties can have a Field Army of 1000 + 2x 50 = 1100 points and Home County X gains 50 pts of Militia.

These Militia are made available to the defence of the County by being added to the Field Army of of the Defending Player when that County is attacked.
