Thanks to all my friends.
but the fault is all yours Chris10

, with your super maps have inspired me

! I felt the need to make some new tiles for you! (
and for all)
However, I go slow and freewheeling.
I do not accept ordinations.
I do what I want and am happy to be here with you.
the near future I would like to organize an event involving the multiplayer comunity!

Sure , massi. Work at your pace and whenever you feel inspired.
It's good to have you back and I'm sure that Chris will appreciate whatever you produce.

Hi Massi, glad to have you back. When we began talking the other day, my first thought was of all the maps I will have to remake, but it will be with joy because as you know, you are making the map tiles I have wanted all along. Now Chris10 will have some fun as I did back when you came out with your first mod. I am very thrilled you decided to come to the forum. Your work is groundbreaking for every PZC enthusiast. The maps are hands down the best available bar none.

Flak will, be a very happy man tonight.
Yes VP, Massi and I made contact the other day and I sent him a file of pictures for reference and we talked some more. I sent him some of my maps and he responded with these "Massi Destruction" tiles as I called them. I think he is ready to make us some outstanding Eastern Europe tiles. This is gonna drive Chris10 nuts with joy!!!!!!!!!!

Chris10, Don't worry, it's not so bad reworking the maps with new tiles. I have done it and although tedious, it helps fine tune the maps to make them even better.

Now, if we could tie the map tiles to events (heavy bombing of city = rubble) we would be onto something...

My hope is that 'Massi Destruction's" tiles, the old along with the new ones to come, will inspire people to make more interesting maps to share amongst us. I know they inspired me with the first package he gave us in the fall and they inspired Chris10 as well, but I do not know if anyone has made any maps in that style other than Chris10 and myself. I can assure you if you get interested in making a map, it is contageous and habit forming. You make one and then another. The possibilities are endless and make the possibilities unlimited with playing the game.

Dwight..on a 77.024 hex map with thousands of city tiles this is somewhat of an
issue

Yes I understand. You're man enough up to the task I am sure.

Most of my 22 maps take in about 3,000 hexes each on the average so I have some grasp of the task. I also reworked forests and mountains, hills, most everything on each map, not just the cities and villages (66,000 hexes +/-). When/IF you rework your maps even a bit, I think you will find it worth the task.

We all have faith in you.
Don't get too anxious quickly with only the "Massi Destruction" tiles, I
think he will be making some Russian/Ukraine village and city tiles "soon" also.

So there will likely be some more tiles to consider as well.
One idea about reworking the maps, you really don't need to rework a map with "Massi Destruction" tiles when the cities or towns are in front of your German troops, only after they pass through or fight in the town or city. Of course once a map is made it is done and can be played in many many various scenarios with any number of given variables. That is how I did my overlaps on my maps.

do not worry guys.
I add new lines in the tiles-map, and not changing the old tiles (I improve them just a little old tiles).
in this way, your maps will remain intact, but if you want to add the new tiles, for detailing maniacally your maps.
The work will be less heavy.
stay tuned friends

for now I'm changing and updating my old map-tiles
these are small changes to the city
Below you can see all the hexagons of destroyed cities.(for very dramatic matches)
This map is a small example, while playing
I will soon be the Russian villages
I hope some new stations and industrial areas.

I really like these, awesome ! ....
Industrial Areas ?...Maybe you would consider a countryside "Oil Fields" tile with shaft towers (the one in the Stations seems to be a refinery or a depot isnt it?), a "Coal Mine Complex" would also be great, "Submarine Port" with all these bunkers (good examples are Bordeaux and Brest)...just a few ideas that came to my mind...
great work,thnx

MASSI DESTRUCTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BELLO!!!!!!!!!! SPLENDIDO!!!!! WUNDERBAR. OUTSTANDING. MORE THAN I HAD EVEN HOPED FOR. THESE TILES WILL TAKE MAP MAKING TO A NEW LEVEL ENTIRELY. I CAN HARDLY WAIT FOR THE MOD TO BECOME AVAILABLE.

I can already imagine a new series of maps titled: "SCORCHED EARTH" or maybe even "Toasted Towns" or "Urban Rebuilding in Soviet Russia". In a fantasy PC game they will look beautiful.

This is why mods don't get finished! Just when you think you have the bases covered along comes some masterpiece that you just MUST have in the mod.
Great work, Massi.
