The trailer video is nice the 9 year wait was worth it ... shame the tanks during WW2 had to fire at such close range to each other ...

My Pastor at church mentioned people do not get my sense of humor and its quite true I was referring to the trailer video with a tongue in cheek comment it shows .... from my spotty recollection the video the trailer video shows enemy tanks with long barrels almost touching each other ... so I came up with the bizarre comment about tanks firing to close .. even my best friend he had to explain to his daughters how to deal with my humor they were confused and I don't even mention anything to them about computer games its about other stuff such as ... well, they have children and I call them poor investments. Yes there will be a boxed edition but we cant pre order it through our site yet. It will have the usual DX edition format with printed box, DVD but no printed manual.

EDIT: Now I found the description in the shop about the differences between the editions - is only a DX version planed? I'm more friend of the collectors editions. Thanks

When I have purchased from Slitherine previously, I have used the Slitherine store and received a serial number and a download link. Then I was able to redeem a Steam key later to play through Steam if I wanted. Will this option be available on pre-order? I don't want to purchase through Steam. I realise that using Steam gives wider coverage, but why isn't it available via both methods? I notice this question has already been asked and remains unanswered
