Slitherine

I've visited the site for the first time and logged in successfully, but none of the games i own are listed. I had to re-register FoG II in order to download the latest patch.

Being plagued with error 500 codes when I try to get to my games listings. Battle for Korsun does not have the download file. File not found error.

Any progress on these issues?
I logged in today and found only two games listed under 'My Games' - one I bought recently and one I re-registered recently in order to download a patch. My login/id is the same as it always was, so it looks like the previously held data on the games I own, complete with serial numbers, has been lost or can no longer currently be accessed...
I've bought many Slitherine games, and I'm hoping I won't have to re-register every one!

You should contact us at support@slitherine.co.uk.
But usually, most of the cases, the issue is that these games were registered in a different account or they were never registered.
All the accounts were successfully imported to the new accounts.

I'm sorry but that's just not so. All of the games were visible/accessible until this system change was made. I haven't changed my ID, and other people seem to be having similar issues.

In fact I just found one of your other accounts registered under a different username (Miletus) and email address, with some of the games registered.

AFAIK that was years ago, and I've bought other games/DLCs since. But if you can fix the problem for me, fine...

You've use it recently, as FoG II expansions are registered there.

I noticed that after I had bought a game from my wishlist, it wasn't removed from that list. It is a small thing, but something you should probably put on your todo list.

I gained access to this website for the first time in quite a while today. i believe my problem started with my first visit after the new website was set up.
Note that whilst I can access the main Slitherine webpage and at least this forum / thread, I am unable to access Support ; instead I get a google ( chrome ) screen showing :

This site can’t be reached

The connection was reset.
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

This same error also occurred during my recent past attempts to visit this website. Also it still occurs when I try to access the Matrix Games website.

It occurs to me that some change has been made ( at some stage ), that has today enabled me to access this website. Is it possible for this change to be made to the Matrix Games website too ?
And also the Slitherine Support webpage/s ?

NB : the last time I tried ( unsuccessfully ) to view the Slitherine Website, was late ( UK time ) on 16th September ( 2019 ).

Strangely - when I submitted my last post, I got an error message from Slitherine telling me that my request was unable to be "accepted" - however, upon going back to the previous screen ( using my browsers back arrow ) the forum thread had accepted my post !

OK - it worked correctly the second time - go figure...

As noted previously, the above post got an error message upon submission, but this time it did NOT also appear ( for approx. 30 seconds plus )...
A subsequent attempted post ( prior to this one ) did NOT appear at all !!! These are annoying glitches...

Ummm... Is anyone out there ??

However - I am unable to trace the two previous reports that you refer to ( on THIS website ). I even tried a search here using :- ERR_CONNECTION_RESET !! Only my own post came up...
Can you please confirm that your reply was definitely with respect to the ERR_CONNECTION_RESET problems @ the Slitherine Support webpage and @ the Matrix Games Website.
