Of course USSR don't use mass delivery of infantry by planes. ))
If i am not mistaken i can't add some more transports at later period. Also you can't buy it because of game mechanics, so here the numbers for all period.
The same with the trains. Also train's speed = 30 and it is not enough for large map like this.
Given such restrictions, we make compromises or we need to make a version for the mod.
One more problem that i can't change units experience for purchasing at later period.
It is not possible to make different experience for different nations, so you have to buy germans units with the same experience as Romanian. So some more compromises again. ))

We are as far as august 1942 now. the Axis player is now entering East Ukraine / West of Russia / approaching Leningrad and new areas come into play. I found location Baklyan which keeps me puzzled about what place that resembles.
though it has nothing to do with map i'm surprised realizing there are no any REAL mobile AA for USSR still at this point of time. how difficult is to mount machinegun on a truck?
great experience on this map!
PS also i encountered for the fact two times only within spring 1942 the weather forecast was different for each of us within same turn.

I've lost the map I used to create the terrain, so now I'm wondering about that as well. ))

Historically, Yag-10 should be from the beginning of the war, but for some reason they become available in the game much later.

It is unusual that someone monitors weather forecast changes for both players.
Season weather changes are scripted, the rest is random.

Some troops for Italian operation landing added.

Blue Team flags was removed from the nearest country - Austria, Czech, Poland.
Some changes for Yugoslavian partisans.
Railway bug fixed near Berlin.
This is the final update for this version.

Sorry, there was a mistake with days per turn (7 instead of 15 )
Also Marginal Victory condition changed. +1 city for +USSR and -1 city for Axis.
Here is new file. Now it's ok!

UPD. 04.11.23 update to version 1.99 F and update to version 1.99 F+Real Logistic
Fixed bug in decisive victory section in Real Logistic version.
By the way i changed victory condition for classic version too. Now its the same as in Real Log version.
Now i refused to calculate the percentage of territory, it should to be more easily.
I made a little change with prestige at the beginning of the game.
But after 10 turns it stands as it was. Now it will be more correctly for both versions of the map.

UPD. 25.03.24 update to version 1.99 F+
1) Starting Germans prestige returned as it was.
2) Some Germans events prestige penalty was decreased.
3) Elite germans units now have +1 initiative and experience increased. Germans aviation experience increased.
4) Victory conditions and some victory city was changed. Axis don't need defend Finland or Bulgaria.
Also Germans have more reasons to attack on Caucasus direction. (was refixed 26.03.24 !!! )
5) Partisans power decrease. The total quantity is also slightly reduced.
6) Some other changes.
*Recommended Rules for Multiplayer
1) Not to drop Paratroopers far than 25 hexes of nearest airfield.
2) Not to buy more than 3 conscripts per turn for USSR side.

UPD. 10.11.24 --- Update to 1.99 TF version
1) Some cities size was decreased.
2) Some units starting position changed.
3) Added new victory hexes > New Victory conditions
Because of the new victory conditions, you have more alternative ways to achieve
decisive victory for German side. For example now you can occupy Kiev(2), Sevastopol(2),
Kharkiv(1), Rostov(1), Kursk(1), Stalingrad(7) + and 3 cities in the Caucasus to get Decisive victory
without Moscow or Leningrad. (14+2+2+1+1+1+7+3= 31 Victory Hexes)
or Moscow(7),Leningrad(5), Kiev(2), Kharkiv(1), Rostov(1), Kursk(1). (14+7+5+2+1+1+1=31 Victory Hexes)
or Moscow(7),Leningrad(5), Kiev(2), Kharkiv(1), Sevastopol(2). (14+7+5+2+1+2=31 Victory Hexes)
For marginal victory just enough occupy and control Kiev(2) Kharkiv(1), Kursk(1) (14+2+1+1=18)
or Kiev(2) +Sevastopol(2) (14+2+2=18) or any other combination.
*Recommended Rules for Multiplayer

UPD. 16.05.25 --- Update to 1.999 version
1) Railroad near Vitebsk was added.
2) Penalty changed for USSR side = -300 prestige per turn if Mocsow captured, -250 for Stalingrad, -200 for Leningrad, -150 for Caucas.
3) All new units have experience 75 for both sides. (All lend-lease units the same)
4) Penalty added for Germany side. -80 prestige per turn if Romania captured, -50 prestige for Hungary, -100 for Czech, -150 for Italy, -50 for Finland, -40 for Poland, -50 for Austria.
UPD. 30.05.25 --- Update to 1.999+ version
1) Some zones was changed.
2) One bug was fixed.

1) Added event for Albert Speer's reforms in 1942, when Germany increased its armaments production.
2) Slightly adjusted prestige rewards for some other events.

1) Axis Decisive Victory conditions changed to 32 main hexes (+1).
2) Allied Decisive Victory conditions changed to 38 main hexes (+2).
3) Victrory hexes changed = Rome -1 victory hex. Kiel +1 victory hex.
4) Randomized spawn locations for Yugoslav rebels.

UPD. 30.06.25 --- Update to Final version
1) Some zones bugs for Lend-Lease units and prestige penalty were fixed.
2) Prestige penalty for Germany side changed. -80 prestige per turn if Romania captured, -50 prestige for Hungary, -100 for Czech, -150 for Italy. No more penalty for Finland, Poland, Austria.
3) Armia Krajowa rebels units were added.
4) Some changes for soviet partisans spawn.
5) Strongpoints near Kursk appear later by event.
UPD. 10.07.25 --- Update to Final version
1) Deleted wrong infantry unit near Finland, on a sea hex.
