I downloaded PC v1.30 on my PC but my listed serial number for the game doesn't work. WHATS UP?

are you sure it's for the base game and not the gold version etc or one of the DLC's?

and it won't work for the steam version, only the site version, to use steam you need to redeem a steam key for it

You can be mistyping it. If it's Panzer Corps serial number please make sure that you select Panzer Corps: Wehrmacht in the list of games.
