Personally I'd like to see some small "Unit pack" DLC's released covering other periods of history containing nothing but units, so that we can simply slot them into scenarios that we create in the editor.
For example we could build a jungle map using the existing terrain type, then use the units from a "Vietnam Units Pack" to put on it.
How about it Charlie?
"Go home yankee playboy!"

From which war are these photos? Vietnam War?

US Liberation Campaign this year :

Now that makes a lot of sense!
The 75th Moscow Victory Day Parade is 2020 then!

Hopefully soon something that again takes advantage of the games real full and extraordinary potential (Air, Land and NAVAL)

Being a Vietnam Vet? I have no interest in any Vietnam games but I thought I would throw my 2 cents in and say that maybe we should have a Pacific theater U.S. Submarine campaign. WE were the U-Boats of the Pacific and gave Japan hell in WW2.
Just thought I would throw that out there for consideration.

The next DLC will necessarily take place during the Second World War, it is obligatory, let us not forget that the title of the game is "OoB WWII".
If we want to simulate other wars, then the game title will have to change, for example "OoB Vietnam" and it will no longer be a DLC but a new game (stand-alone).

The next DLC is about the Invasion of Westeros. Just kidding, it's still about WWII - that was not really something secret...

The last episode was really full of momentum.
But it also had big shortcomings - tactically John Snow played this battle like true amateur.
Who releases the cavalry first to attack instead of keeping them in reserve behind the infantry lines? Especially that no reconnaissance had been made before, so the Dothraks charged in the dark
It was also pointless to waste an elite infantry as a cover for retreating less valuable, already broken units. The biggest idiocy was the dragon landing on the battlefield...
BTW, the creators of this episode forgot about the proper illumination of the plan, where they filmed scenes for the Battle of Winterfell

I was glad when this episode was over - too dark anyway!
The terrible display of tactics there motivated me even more to play Fantasy General 2 later.

They’re not dead yet, two are sleeping deeply and the last one will soon do the same...

Now I'm confused... are you talking about the photo or OoB development?

Israel, Korea, Vietnam... ?
I guess some people have forgotten what the game is called... Order of Battle: World War II! I can not remember that this war went beyond the year 1945...
But you're welcome to correct me, should I be wrong there...

This game has already changed its name once, so why not a second time? The basic mechanics are all there:
Order of Battle:
