Suddenly a large mass of British bombers appears from nowhere, heading for the great German cities ..

From the first months of the conflict, a group of submarines reinforced by long-range bombers are stationed in the Atlantic, sinking a large part of the allied convoys9

In the north of Afrika the Afrika korps finally seems to have resumed the initiative and although important fuel restrictions are already applied to the Italian fleet at the moment the situation seems controlled and the next natural step would be the taking of Tobruk

This is the global situation at the beginning of May 1942
... where you can see the large accumulation of Soviet units around Moscow

Attention to availability of more modern models of tanks and antitank to deal with the dangerous Soviet tanks

In the Atlantic the fight against the Allied convoys goes quite thanks to the combined action of submarines and long-range bombers, in this case we can see how a British destroyer that had attacked a submarine is severely damaged by the bombers

In the North of Afika the stuka of Georg Klucher is aiming a new success with the destruction in a single attack of the antiaircraft piece of Tobruk that previously had been weakened by the bombings of the Italian fleet ...
For this success

Aerial exploration reports a powerful armored group located on the plain between Stalingrad and Voroneth
While in the north a contingent of infantry is located in the east of the Leningrad Moscow road

Again the unit of stukas under the command of Georg Klucher achieves an important success by destroying the artillery piece of the Tobruk defense in a single attack
...after this the Tobruk take should be imminent.
On the other hand a new allied convoy arrives in Malta
(perhaps it needs to be rectified that once Malta is taken by the Axis forces, the AI of the Allies no longer sends more convoys)

Regarding the general situation the North African front is going quite well but on the Russian front it is very difficult to get the German forces to move forward ... for example in Rostov the simple presence of a Soviet KV-1 unit makes it very difficult to take the city and the consequent access to the Caucasus
In the area of Moscow, minimal progress has been made but the number of troops located in front of the city is so great that it will still take time to complete the capture of the city ... this situation in July 1942 is fraught with concern

In North Africa the city of Tobruk is taken by German paratroopers!!!
But now the submarine war has worsened suddenly, the reinforcement submarine sent from the North of Germany through the North Sea has been intercepted and destroyed by such an accumulation of British destroyers that it does not seem possible to reach the Atlantic in this way which encloses "to submarines that are manufactured as they always appear in northern Germany

This image shows very well the depth of the Soviet defenses, even after having destroyed a large number of Soviet units located in front of Moscow, the Soviet side is able to form an authentic human wall of infantry protected by artillery and with both rivers protecting their flanks, to progress is necessary to advance with infantry units or armored and be covering them continuously with artillery attacks and counterattacks of the defending units ....
For its part in Leningrad the defending forces have been reinforced and for now it is unthinkable to establish a full siege and at least no assault at least until Moscow is taken and the German contingent of troops can be assigned to other tasks, thus discarding the of Leningrad in 1942 and will prove difficult and uncertain in 1943

After the capture of Tobruk and having sunk several ships of the Royal Navy it was thought that it had practically been destroyed or evicted from the eastern Mediterranean but apparently the last redoubt of its great fighting ships is sheltered in the roadstead of Alexandria
of course towards Alexandria the Afrika Korps is directed ... without a trace of the British tanks and with the RAF destroyed or under minimums it is necessary to strike now before they can recover and to reinforce themselves, Marshal Rommel wants to arrive at the wells Middle Eastern oil companies as a way to solve the serious oil shortages (while the High Command in Berlin thinks rather that it is the group of Southern Army that has just taken Rostov who reaches the oil wells of the Caucasus as a solution to this lack)

SUGGESTION;
This is a fantastic mod and we have to thank the great work of its main author Mcguba but to make the most of it I would like to make a suggestion, I have already said that the AI of the Allied side continues to send convoys to Malta when it is in the hands of the Axis. that is absurd but also in the capture of Tobruk after captured the city and the aerodrome is an infantry unit completely isolated but as it is strongly entrenched costs much to take what is obviously absurd, if the mod is realistic in terms of the amount of Allied reinforcements (and it seems very good to me) must also be in details like this: once taken Tobruk adjacent units surrounded and isolated must surrender next or the next turn (they would not even have to fight until they ran out of ammunition), here in the desert simply the unit could not survive without connection to their forces and also historically when entering the forces of the Axis in the city and being attacked by the back their surviving defenders surredered.

Slowly the German forces advance on Moscow by means of a frontal attack since there is no other way

These photos obtained by aerial exploration deserve the maximum attention by the German High Command ....
... since the huge number of Soviet armored units and infantry units coming from the depths of the Soviet territory are directed to the west ... for the moment they are still in the plain between Stalingrad and Voroneth but the taking of this Last city by German forces may make them move to respond ... in any case a huge force that must be very attentive and plan how to combat it.

By the way now the AI side also receives "futuristic prototypes for the time"

(It's august 1942)

Finally the German forces have managed to open a gap in the Soviet defensive line of Moscow ...
But the Soviet reinforcement tanks arrive just in time and expel the German units that must withdraw, in this way and even if precariously, the Soviet defense of Moscow remains while they are accumulating reinforcements and more reinforcements and time is passing
In this way the Soviet defenses of Moscow have been damaged and the german forces have taken both Kalilin to the north and Tula to the south, however we are already on October 30, 1942 (Turn 34) and the snow is coming

In North Africa the newly promoted Marshal Erwin Rommel is ready to attack the British defensive line in Tobruk when he receives a worrying message from the Italian spies in Cairo ...
so for the moment any offensive is postponed ...

ESPADATXI, keep up the fight! I really like your resilience and stamina. As you may know already, having a lot of patience (and high frustration tolerance) is much more important than panzers in BE!
