Hi again,

I just made a decision to give BE another shot to see whether I can install it on my new iMac or not.

However, I just realised I haven't had the PC installer! My silly mistake. Anyway, I tried to register my game on Matrix website to get the download link for it by using my serial number but nothing appeared. I tried probably 3-4 times and no link appeared in the Download column.

Do you have any idea what I can do about this?

Yeah I've already done it.

I am very interested in hearing what the help desk says.
It not always clear what is going on behind the scenes.
I would like to know that someone else can use my procedure before I push it harder.
I am hoping to try it on the PzC2 Beta.

Do you think we can have a chat over Skype? I'll be very interested if we can make it. Perhaps then I can show you what is going on here and we'll see if it eventually works
