I have to congratulate you, JCE, this is the non-official campaign I have enjoyed the most until the moment. The bugs are negectable, the scenario design is strong and varied, the difficulty is adjusted (until the last mission i was always short on requisition points, but not in a desesperate way; i played it on medium difficulty) and the historical background is interesting and well done (following a division through the war in very different scenarios is a great choice, imho).

I found refreshing that the distribution of enemy units in each map was very different from the typical mission (the penultimate map was surprising in this regard, in a good way).

The only major criticism I have is the size of the campaing, doubling or even tripling the size of the project would be most welcomed As a (very) minor criticism, I would have enjoyed more variety in the victory photos.

Summing up, I have to thank you for this fabulous campaing, it was a pleasure to play it

Downloaded the file, and installed it in the "Campaign" folder. However when I run the game, I cannot find it in the custom content. Thoughts?

Strange, downloaded it and installed it five times, and on the sixth time, it finally worked.

As I play through this campaign, the Specilaization screen is all messed up. I cannot access it from the campaign screen, since it is greyed out and one cannot click on it. I can get into the specializations only after the end of a scenario, and even the,n many of the specializations that should be avaialble based on the date I am at in the game, are not available for purchase. I am in 1941, and I still can't get specialisations that are available prior to 1941 (like the Tank School upgrade, for example). Thoughts?

Also, once I get to the scenario "Yartsevo" (Scenario 7), the campagin screen does not have a scenario description, and the scenario will not load... guess I stop here?

No, there is 10 scenarios. You will need to reload Scenario 6.

- error, a small one but blocking (the scenario was called Iartsevo (name used on google maps) but in the campaign file i named it Yartsevo (name used in historical document) corrected
- specializations corrected
- +scenery

You definitely probably more than likely have a glitch that only pertains to you - Therefore, if you are using OOB via Steam you may need to consider verifying your game steam files. (This is another reason why I dislike steam this often happens with my steam games they glitch out then I have to do this)

if so do the following:
Verify Integrity of Game Files
Restart your computer and launch Steam.
From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button.
Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.

In the event you are not using steam to play OOB then there is probably a glitch in your files you may need to reinstall game or you could first defragment hard drive but if you have an SSD defraging is usually not recommended. Turn off any background programs that you can maybe even update windows ... who knows .. what a pain ..

Does this tank belong to the 7th or 11th Panzer Division or both divisions or is it an error ?

While researching the 7th Panzer division, I came across this image:


Deutscher Panzer 38(t) Ausführung S im Deutschen Panzermuseum Munster. The "Y"-like and ghost designs are emblems of 7th Panzer Division. Numbering on the side of the turret identifies the tank. Colored rings around the gun barrel indicate victories over enemy vehicles.

Not playing through steam. But I am playing it through Terminator's Forgotten Units Mod...

I’d suspect that particular tank crew was transferred between both, so they wear both insignias as a symbol of pride and superiority.

I downloaded this 2.2 played it but the specializations never worked but maybe I did something wrong rechecked the zip file version number and whats in my campaign folder that I played and its 2.2 but the specializations didn't work but I enjoyed the campaign cause its different - a different human made it as compared to many of the ones that are available ....

I am having issues with the specializations also. After acquiring 3 or 4 none are available despite enough spec points and date eligibility met. Using ver 2.2 d/l link I have installed/uninstalled 3 or 4 times. Not using Steam version. Very frustrating as it's a fun campaign to play
