Air command points and tool-tip

This is a (very) minor puzzle.
I've got several air units inside hangars.
One of them display the tool-tip 'Not enough Command Points to deploy this unit'.
Well, it is couse already deployed, and there is also 5 air command points available.
So why the tool-tip on this particular unit?

The fuel setting for ground units like the paratroopers must have gotten broken sometime after v3.4.2: such units immediately loose efficiency when out of supply. Paratroopers have a fuel value of 4, normally giving them a delay of 4 turns until the efficiency drops.
Just airdrop paratroopers or let the AI cut their supply-line off and you’ll see. This basically makes paras at moment quite useless.

Can you try that in the 5.2.5 beta patch?
edit: Just testing this with german paras and it seems to be working correctly in the beta

Withdrawn units may still be disbanded and the player gets the refunded resources and command points.

An entrained AA unit should not provide combat odds.

I don't think units should be allowed to entrain next to an enemy unit.
At least not heavy units like tanks, artiellry etc.
