Bob
I am happy to be list checker this year, especially as it does not look like I am playing.

				Hi,
Thanks for list checking Ray.
I'd be happy to play 5 games over the weekend.

Just a reminder that lists are due in this Sunday 18th March.

As currently a non-player I do not "have a dog in the 5 games" fight. However, if I end up substituting for a no-show, like Dene I would be happy to do 5 games.

				Hi dene
As Lynette rarely comes on the forum can you check with her about 5 games and let us know. As we need to be unanimous.
thanks
Ben

 Lynette says
"I’m not the biggest fan of 3 games on Saturday but I’ll do it as long as they are shorter, I don’t want a longer day"

I had suggested 3 2:45 games rather than 2 3:30 minute games for the Saturday, which would mean a slightly later finish 8:15 of playing rather than 7:00. So if Lynette is Ok with that let us know if not we will go with the original schedule.
 9-11:45, 12-2:45, 3-5:45?? rather than 9:12:30 1:30-5:00
Although we could start at 8:45 if everyone could get there for that.

As long as we finish before 6pm, I’d be fine with that. Cheers Lynnette

5 games makes it a very easy to administer round robin. Which is great, as it turns out Jer is now double booked, so we may need to ask one of you lovely people to administer the scoring.....
However I’m not sure the venue will be open that late as everything else is done by 5ish. I’ll check

				Thanks Tim
Was going to ask if we got everyone on board, but as we are one off might as well ask now.
I can score if you need me to.

Well Stephen is with us (just depends on car share) so I will put up the draw using numbers. I have asked Ray to assign each of us a random number 1-6, and post here when he has done that I will expand the draw to show names
rd 1 1v2 3v4 5v6
rd 2 1v3 2v5 4v6
rd 3 1v4 2v6 3v5
rd 4 1v5 2v4 3v6
rd 5 1v6 2v3 4v5
So just need to hear from Tim as to whether we can stay the extra time
Tim Tim Tim !!!!

Random numbers done before looking at Ben's draw:
1. Dene
2. Ben
3. Simon
4. Lynette
5. Bob
6. Steve
Thanks to Ben for taking the initiative. Sorry that I'm not going to join you. Enjoy.

Random numbers done before looking at Ben's draw:
1. Dene
2. Ben
3. Simon
4. Lynette
5. Bob
6. Steve
rd 1 1v2 3v4 5v6 Dene V Ben Simon V Lynette Bob V Steve
rd 2 1v3 2v5 4v6 Dene v Simon, Ben V Bob Lynette V Steve
rd 3 1v4 2v6 3v5 Dene V Lynette, Ben V Steve Simon V Bob
rd 4 1v5 2v4 3v6 Dene V Bob Ben V Lynette Simon V Steve
rd 5 1v6 2v3 4v5 Dene V Steve Ben V Simon Lynette V Bob
So That will be the draw if its five games.
If its four games we start with rd 1 and go from there depending on results
