Looks to me like it is costing Determined Foot at 2 points instead of 1 point.

HF look to be coming out correctly for example, but if you then change from HF to Det Foot the cost goes up by 2 instead of 1.

Obviously a tax on being Swiss

As lists are due today it is probably best to create an over limit army and explain in an email to Kevin when you send it to him to be checked.

Kevin may wish to keep his eyes open for Swiss troops in submitted lists and notify the player of the issue if they have just taken the spreadsheet at its word - they'll have a few extra points available. I'll drop him a line to make him aware.

I have found the same problem. I have sent an e-mail to Kevin Johnson & Tim Child on this.

Yes, I’m aware of the problem. Just create your list with an allowance of 1 point per base of Determined Foot and it will be fine. If anyone sends me a list that’s exactly 800 and it contains DF I’ll let the player know they have some more points.

So far, only one list is Swiss or Japanese!

If you have sent me a list and do not appear on the list, please resend it. If you are planning on playing at Warfare and haven't sent a list then please do so ASAP.
