Ok 7 days and no response. Am I asking for too much when I ask for some documentation to help me to play this?

Well I find that incredible. You sell a game for the Mac that is billed as 'now on a Mac' and there is no documentation whatsoever?

Simple things like where do you put the mods is all I need???
