Quick rules clarification - does heavy/medium artillery have to deploy first?

I did not put any restriction on when heavy or medium artillery are to be deployed.

Could I please have outstanding lists (including orders-of-march, please) before the weekend, as I know Bob wants to publish the runners-and-riders and a first round draw, as soon as possible. Thank you.

Registration is from 08:30 on Saturday, 15th July, with the first round kicking off no later than 09:15. If both players agree, games may start earlier. Painted table-tops have been provided, but if players wish to they can provide their own game mats.

Here is the schedule for the weekend:

Saturday 1st round 9:15 am to 12:30 pm
2nd round 1:30 pm to 4:45 pm

Sunday 1st round 9:00 am to 12:15 pm
2nd round 1:15 pm to 4:30 pm
