AI forgot about the left flank, I have the opportunity to cut off and surround the entire Soviet army in 1944 at the 5th level of difficulty

Will those 3 units alone be enough to close off the pocket? I tried that in China last mission and two units ended up in Chinese POW camps while the third was barely rescued by my main force going ham to get to them. China turned my pocket into a reverse pocket like when your clothes go inside out in laundry machines.

And please tell me how you put those nice arrows on the picture? When I try that, they come out messy.

You may be right these units are not enough to close the encirclement, I didn't try and finally withdrew these units behind the river.
I already have assured victory and one last mission (Lapland 44) to perform, so there is no point in wasting the forces and resources.

Open a photo or other file using Windows Paint. This program is supplied with the Windows OS.

I plan to start Blitzkrieg no later than this weekend.

kondi you never played Blitz yet??? I thought you already plowed through that with your usual zeal.
Maybe the Russians will avenge your victory in Finland or even the Poles will humble you with a bewildering defeat and you will resort to rereading Sun Tzu's art of war to calm your nerves.
Even the intrepid Norwegians could push you into the drink (or to drinking).
Perhaps Monty will hit you for 6 at Dunkirk and all your glory will be but a murky memory that we all soon forget.
If all else fails, Moscow looms.

I played but not at the highest difficulty level.
Blitzkrieg finished only at 4th level.
