Sorry, I do not know Win 10, but I cannot imagine, that renaming an extension of a file could be so problematic. In WinXp you just click once on the title, or click with right mouse button and choose the rename option.
It need to be as a doc, because Wordpress is a great place for file sharing, but it accepts only media files.
Hopefully you find the solution, please report back, when you are already playing it!

Why could the file not be downloaded as .zip file in the first place?

Would be - I started to play/test already 3x 41 summer scn. but for a time, i was gone back to my PzC Italian campaign.. I cannot promise anything, but I think, ite will be some day continued. with extra scn and till end the war with what ifs.

HI Uhu ,first I am enthusiast of your campaign,
I've tried in BA2 to build The Winter War but I am not a sw developer so all is remained a project.... (but if get that game and want files... no problem )
I found all the named originals of troops even of the swedish division who fight against the soviets.
I download your campaign here in OoB, but after the first scenarios the game ask me to unlock the next and buy the game... is this normal ?
in other case like blitzkrieg, 2 campaign by the way, there was nothing to buy.
so is an error of mine ? please let me no, but anyway,Finland Forever!

thank you for your interest! I did not know too much earlier about the winter, continuation war, but after I started to play the Winter war oob campaign, I got excited with this part of the war! The offizial oob winter war (continuation war included) campaign is so unhistorical, full of campaign/design bugs, that I was motivated, to make sometbing better from it. Although only first part is finished, but later I have plans to continue it.
You have to have the original oob winter war campaign to play it - that's the cause, why you cannot advace further now.

Well, in that version of WW, there were no specialisations, so I did not made any too.

PS: soon (about a month) the Italian Campaign will be continued, Part II released - I hope, at least.

Oh, how do you know I'm just parallelly playing the Italian Campaign? At the moment struggling at Sidi Barrani. How am I supposed to destroy all those superior British ships, planes and tanks?

With superior strategy, good core army composition and smart heroes, my Generale! About ideal core composition you can read in the IC thread.

No problem, kedves tábornok! But I'll write in Italian Campaign thread in Panzer Corps Section, so as not to spam these OoB forums.

Just started this up. Am a little confused... there is no option to start a custom campaign as such, but there is the option to play each scenario in it individually.

is that how it works? pick the first scenario and go from there?

Assuming this to be the case (Edit: no, clearly this is broken; there is no carryover if I pick individual scenarios)

1st issue, 1st scenario, when i get a truck safely to an exit zone, i get a reference to a text message that is just a file name. appears to be missing? oddly, the second truck through showed a proper text.
2nd issue, antitank weapon firing in defense endlessly plays firing sound effect and animation. have to save, exit, and restart to get it to stop.

stopping now. too many issues.

AHA! I figured out the problem. this will not work if run under the panzerkrieg dlc, even with the winter war expansion installed. it WILL run under the blitzkrieg version of the game however.

now to start over again...

you might want to make a note that this is not compatible with Panzerkrieg.

Any plans for an update?

I copied the entire directory to my mods folder I start up Order of Battle it reads MOD LAUNCHER and I can choose Original Game or Modification Finland in WW2 so I click on Continue for Finland in WW2

Then I'm at the screen Finland in WW2 and am looking over the shoulders of two Finnish heroes out camping etc.

Then I click on SinglePlayer , then I click on Launch, then I click on Continue and start the selected scenario and then it just continues to say Loading and that is it.
