I don't think I have ever been part of a game that finished, for one reason or another.

give it another try. we finish them at a good rate, as long as everybody tries for at least 1 turn per day. I have an open 2v2 right now that you can join.

Will be away from my comp for a week or better....so I'll hold off for now. Thanks

i see our new 2v2 just started erik. i wonder who the 4th is? hopefully a motivated player. kelly is always good for a turn or 2 per day.

1 turn a day pr player would be nice.
And I hope the forthcoming Winter War doesn't screw up the multiplayer games...

Gentelmen, I can share your worry about the multiplayer games absolutley. I saw the 2v2 with Erik (and the other good old fellows) but decided not to join because there shouldn't always play the same guys.

I hosted some other 1v1 games but I'm not very confident if they match it.

We will meet again!!!

playing the same guys over and over isn't ideal, but it'll do. i didn't join your 2v2 to give others a chance, but i'll join if it hangs up too long. we need to get another handful of players excited about this mode. carlvon and friends have been working on some big maps that might be fun when they are ready for prime time.

FYI, the Winter War update will include 2 new MP maps:
- [1v1] Arctic Fox: A tug-of-war style long, narrow map putting Finnish vs Soviets in 1939.
- [2vAI] Double Dragons: Cooperative map based on Morning Sun's Beiping map, playable as the Chinese nationalists and communists.

Don't suppose it'll be too long before there are some Norwegian flavoured ones turning up

please, a 2v2 big map would make my month.

I've done all the map & unit-research needed for creating a detailed air-sea-para invasion Weserübung (including a what-if-the-Danes-decided-to-fight-more-than-a-few-hours).
Just give me the units
