Yes that what I guessed anyway. Just that you write about adjusting. First I also tried to adjust - without any results - for me it worked only when I switched off the music alltogether. Anyway, I hope you find a solution for your problem.

Well VPaulus's suggestion of reintalling DirectX didn't work, might I ask how you do switch off the music all together, the options menu just lets me adjust the volume.

Well, what I meant is, that you have to move the slider fully to the left end, it seems that this is switching the music off. When I first tried to move slider to the left or right, nothing happened, but when I moved up to the end of the left side, then waited one second and moved it back to the right, it worked. Sorry for my English, by the way - sometimes I do have troubles to make myself clear...

I just booted up the game this afternoon and the music is working just fine.

And was this after you have followed Gunja suggestion?

I think so, though prior to that I disabled the intro so that may have did something. the point is it's working now.

Just for the record - I didn´t disable the video. And one thing more you might be interested to know. When I start the game, the music works and then stops after a while - it´s like the music track is played only one time but when I turn the music off and on again, it starts all over again, hope that might help someone, even though I highly doubt it

works like a charm
