Its not Sea Lion army far weaker than GC 1941+1942 army? Imagine how many heroes and captured units you can get in GC 1941,1942. If we try it west then it is gradual and I can imagine that it works. 1943 East with Sea Lion units will be a lot harder. So count on that.
