Whilst a biy unusual it more or less happened in my game against Jerome at the Challenge where I declined to go for an overlap and went to get the flank attack.

This ONLY applies if the charge doesn't qualify as a flank or rear charge. In the diagram above the charge DOES qualify.

Oh dear, I got another one wrong. I must stop replying from work. Perhaps I should retire, work is getting in the way of my FoG reading
