Any chance of renaming the mod slightly, as there is already a 'PG Classic Mod', which causes conflicts in the mod file. :(

Certainly. Fixed for next update.

Thanks a lot for this, and for finishing off the 'Alternate Campaign'. :D

Here's a surprise -- an oil pumping station in the Causcasus (Stalingrad) scenario. My instinct is to capture it and use the oil, but I suspect I should destroy it like all the other Soviet units. What do you think?

I just placed it in the Stalingrad scenario for flavor. In the Caucasus scenario i did something else to Maikop :wink:

Thank you!

I`ve been looking at the scenarios and I think that Early Moscow is really overdoing it in terms of Soviet Bridge engineers. Four of them at least are not near any river:
14,30
15,41
37,35
55,10

In Moscow `41 I think the one at 15,41 is debatable and in both Moscow `42 and 43 there is one at 20,16 that doesn`t seem to have a purpose.

Nice touch in the Kursk scenario with all the Soviet AT guns. Good to have infantry to take them out.

thanks for your effort making this. Enjoyed conquering Poland so far :)

*edit* odd thing: I've reached soviet invasion already, but haven't got any heroes although my best units have 70+ kills, 300+ experience, iron cross 2nd class.

This is really good and quite tough. Playing on General I didn't have enough prestige to fill all slots until Low Countries, and the first time round had a Killed in Action on Sealion 40.

When playing Sealion 40 yesterday, I had pioneers in 34,25 who were forced to retreat. Hex 36, 24 was clear and should have been OK for them to enter (other units had occupied it previously) but the pioneers surrendered. Maybe there's something up with the terrain type?

I've just started on the first desert scenario and wondering what I'm in for.

@kop101
The campaign does not contain a custom set of gamerules, it should pick the vanilla gamerules you chose at the start of the campaign (v1.14 or v1.22); thus the campaign cannot be the cause that no heroes appeared sofar.
The first hero should appear between 50 and 100 kills.

@captainjack
I think that the pioniere surrendered because it was on a combined fortification/river hex. Beside this, there is nothing out of the ordinary with the terrain types.

Thanks for the explanation. I hadn't come across fortified rivers before. Luckily the fate of the Pioneeren had no bearing on the outcome.

The Caucasus scenario threw a wobbly on Turn 4. It set the turns and prestige to 0 and presented a black map with no units. I had to use Task Manager to close it down. When I restarted from the last Axis turn it came back to the same screen and I had to use Task Manager again to clear the screen.

I couldn't find any errors either in Stalingrad nor Caucasus scenarios. No errors in terrain, preplaced units and scrips (which come after turn 4) and those scrips are merely AI prestige dumps and weather scrips.

Thanks for checking.
Maybe it's my machine - it had a bad day a week or so back but has been well behaved since then.
It's precautionary back up time.

v0.1 is out!

All scenarios from the Panzer General main campaign are now playable with Panzer Corps v1.22.
In scenarios Berlin and Washington i added some impressive German planes and several V2's.

Any feedback to improve the campaign is welcome.
