There are lots of good ideas here, thanks for the suggestions. Some will certainly be incorporated once we are underway. I have added some information to the Q&A post near the top of this thread after I received some enquiries about challenges and stuff.

I have heard from both CiCs that they are still waiting to hear from players about their dispositions. To get things moving, I am asking both commanders to submit players and regions and I will do the rest. If nothing is heard from players once the challenge list is published, I will start to swap them out for the reserve players so that we can get some momentum going.

I've PM'ed my CiC five days ago!

The challenges are up! Check up near the top of the thread. The first named player should create the challenge (Parliament have only one army choice at the moment), medium force, open battle, very wide map. Please post details in this thread with passwords etc. and put the region in the battle notes - this is so we can identify which region is being fought over when two players are facing off in two regions, like me and Waldorf this turn.
