Glad you like it.

As for what to call it, "Telegram" is certainly more period appropriate than "Tweet", although the later certainly generates some amusing imagery.

I am currently playing the Lite version (username: me.2013) and can't find the chat feature. Is it not included?
Thanks,
Josh

When you’re posting a Game Center turn, you can include an annotation. You won’t find the word “chat†anywhere in the game, because it’s not what people think of as a chat feature. It does, however, let you communicate with your opponent.

I still can't figure it out. Is there a special way to "post a Game Center turn?" I just play via the game interface, and I haven't seen a way to send a message, although I get messages from opponents. Would anyone explain exactly where the feature is?
Thank you, Josh

At the end of your turn, the dialog that shows time passing also has a field where you can add a message.

I see. I don't have that field. I'll see if it updates when I buy the full version.

Ah yes, turn annotation is not available in the free version of Bulge.
(A more full-blown chat is part of Drive on Moscow, since we can take advantage of iOS 7 specific functionality.)
