That would be just medium and Heavy as far as the Worlds is concerned.

I will be asking for a change in the wording this evening to make it clear that Light Artillery is not included.
Teach me to follow Kevin's lead without thinking.
Thanks

Sneaky bugger that Kevin. He should be in charge of Wikipedia then we would know that everything published was always correct.

So far only 6 for FOG R, unfortunately Jim Gibson are only Scottish representative has dropped out.
Stephen Stead
David Allen
Simon LeRay-Meyer
Ben Jones
Brett Kvisle
Javier Moncholí Checa
Somewhat English dominated 50/50 as Simon is definitely not English

nor would he like to be described as such
So unless some more sign up everyone plays everyone else and then 1-2 3-4 5-6 for the last round.

I've emailed them a couple of times to ask to get my registration changed to FoGR.
No answer yet. I'll submit a FoGR list and see what happens!

We are now 7, so we need to find someone else if at all possible or most of us will have a bye. So can everyone see if they can rustle up someone.

I vote Ben gets the bye in each round.
We need our own waiter!

That will be 25pts for each bye a total of 150 and I win
In all seriousness if we do end up with byes 6 of the 7 will have one, so will need to think of how many points to give for a bye so that they or person 7 are not disadvantaged. I was thinking 10-12 something like that. Maybe adjust at the end based on the average of the scores throughout the rest of the tournament. Hopefully we can find an 8th and it won't come to that.

The norm for UK singles/doubles tournaments has been to give 20 points for a bye. It's always been accepted that there needs to be an element of compensation for missing a game. In a small competition that may skew things unduly. The system I've used for Derby, where a team bye of 60 points would have too big an impact, is to temporarily award the bye players 10 points and then adjust it at the end based on their average score in the games they played.
You may wish to also consider whether counting only the best 5 scores would help.

Now,
As much as I would like to see Ben on Zero points. and being our personal waiter...... for something different
Brett Kvisle will not be playing FoGR.
He is in FoGAM.
You can't have too many Aussies in one comp, there are two already, one more and we form a Yobbo.

Brett Kvisle is listed in FOG R not FOG-AM does he need to be swapped if so he needs to talk to joaomsdiogo at ajsportugal.org to get moved.

Hi,
There is a friend of mine who is attending the FOGR tournament, he will sign up next week. That makes us seven players at this moment.
Regards,
Javier.
