Turn 20. September 15, 1940.
Nothing to mention on last allied turn. In axis turn, Blitz over London started with the city halved in PP's. Dogfight combats scored a 4:3 favouring Luftwaffe. Shot at the end of Axis turn:
Preparations for Barbarossa started.
German mech with +1 xp level will be sent to Libya to support the Italians. Luftwaffe will send a fighter unit to Africa.

Turn 21. October 5, 1940.
In last turn a British Med sub in cooperation with Malta fighter damaged Italian transport (carrying an infantry corps) in Tripoli.
Axis turn. London down to 0 PP's after this turn bombings. Air combats favoured again Luftwaffe (4:2).
A German sub attacked escorted Northern convoy.

Turn 22. October 25, 1940.
German sub that attacked Northern convoy evaded RN DD in last Allies turn. UK have 4 DD’s operating in the Atlantic which allows to escort 2 convoys.
This turn there was no RAF fighter opposition to Luftwaffe in England.
Hungary and Romania joined the Axis.

Turn 23. November 14, 1940.
Syria was attacked and taken by Commonwealth forces in last allies turn.
RN continued to closely escort convoys so little chance for the subs so far

Blitz campaign continues. Luftwaffe fighters are getting more losses due to slight lower tech than RAF ones.

Luftwaffe is currently making only 1 strike per turn over London due to increasing losses in fighters:

Air combats scored a 2:1 again favourable for RAF.
Mud weather kept again German subs from finding convoys.
Libyan Axis build up is nearly completed.

Turn 28. February 22, 1941.
In last Allies turn, British forces in Egypt made its first approach to Libyan-Egyptian border.

Turn 29. March 14, 1941.
In last Allies turn. a French partisan took Calais. No further British army approachs in Libya.
In Axis turn, couple of u-boats attacked a Central convoy (24) leaving it with minimal cargo.
In Britain, London is still at 0 PP’s due to strategic bombings. Air combats scored a 3:2 favouring RAF.

Turn 30. April 3, 1941.
Barbarossa build up almost completed. Italian expeditionary force in the USSR will consist of 4 inf corps and 1 mech.
Spotted Southern and Central convoys carrying a good amount of PP’s.

Turn 31. April 23, 1941.
Pro-Axis rebellion in Irak. Partisan units spawned in several rail hubs and even in oilfield north of Mosul. Also an Iraqi partisan spawned adjacent to the city of Basra that was empty so it was taken. This will Iraqi rebellion will make less threatening British build up in Egypt border.
Blitz campaign came to an end with 11 consecutive turns of strategic bombings and air combats. Below casualties screen so far:
Sort of feast for the German subs torpedoing unescorted Southern and Central convoys spotted in last turn.

Your losses are not bad and leaving Basra undefended was a strange move on Plaid's part. Still, Barbarossa is what matters the most, so the next few turns will be very important.
BTW did you take Yugoslavia?

I usually don't go both for Norway nor Yugoslavia.

Turn 32. May 13, 1941.
Barbarossa has started this turn. Axis forces were not fully ready but I decided to start it so there will be more available fair weather turns. Axis forces destroyed number of border Soviet units and killed 2 of the initial 10 Soviet mechs (a third one was left battered in Latvia). Vilna, Kaunas and Lvov were taken:

Turn 33. June 2, 1941.
Wehrmacht units entered Minsk, Riga and Vinnitsa. In Riga, battered Soviet mech awas killed. Near Kiev another Soviet mech was chased and ended very damaged. A Vinnitsa was taken due to airborne operation. Brest-Litovsk held a heavy Axis attack:
Attacking and spotting of convoys continues in the Atlantic.

I usually don't go both for Norway nor Yugoslavia.
the new oil rules (well not that new) mean you have choices around Yugoslavia - there are pro's and con's
look forward to seeing this play out

Turn 34. June 22, 1941.
Kiev and Chernigov were taken. Gomel, Pskov and Brest-Litovsk held, unit in this last city becoming Guards:
More attacks to convoys.

Turn 35. July 12, 1941.
Last Allies turn. Red army abandoned Tallin embarking the corps unit there that was moved to Leningrad port. Halved Soviet corps near Chernigov moved east thus reopening supply level 5 for the city of Gomel:
Tallin, Tartu, Pskov, Velikiye Luki, Vitebesk, Mogilev, Gomel, Cherkassy and Krivog Roj were all taken this turn:
