Searched the PzC board for other replays besides nikis' :
2 "Cauldron" replays: Don't play, but at least PzC doesn't "hang". Files are "ignored" by PzC.
"Urban Warfare, Turn 16": Works fine for me.
So opening replays on other PzC configurations seems to be a rather tricky bussiness.

I started the thread over a week ago. If it doesn't belong here, one of the moderators would have moved it by now.

I was kinda busy and didn't notice this until last weekend, sorry, work and all that... If you want it moved let me know, although the replies have taken it beyond AAR and it has now added a bit of trouble-shooting as well.
I just tested some replays, and the Steam GC replays work under the Steam version but NOT under the regular PzC. And to make it even weirder, I also tested replays that were created under the regular PzC and they seem to work for both versions.
So it seems the replays are somehow partially locked to the version they were created under. I'm not a programmer, but I think an up-to-date program should not lock up like that when a file is recognised, shown in the load menu and allows the user to open it without warning or way beforehand to distinguish what version created it. So it looks like a bug to me.

Thanks for the input guys. At least we know the replays work only with the Steam version of Panzer Corps. As reported, i don't think either this was intended. I'll bring it to Rudankort's attention. But still i am a relieved that the replays can be viewed after all.

Here are my replays from Dijon and Maginot Line. This concludes my playthrough of DLC '40. Remember that the replays can only be watched through the Steam version of PC.

Not really your fault, Nikivdd; but I really wish the 1.23 (Steam) replays could be viewed by the non-Steam version.

@Wargovichr/Alkafluence
Recording them for youtube is a possibility but presently i can't. During AI turns i am working on the official stuff, so i am switching windows all the time. On the other hand, everyone who bought the non-steam version can generate the key for the steam version here on the Slitherine website. Setting up a steam account is really easy and once you entered the key, it downloads and installs Steam PC on your device automatically.
The fact that steam replays cannot be viewed on the non-steam version has been brought to Rudankort's attention. But as we all know, most of the guys are tied up with Armageddon for the time being.

You can't use your regular key directly to access the Steam version; here is a link to the official topic about how to obtain a Steam key:

Hope this helps.

I zipped the replays from DLC '39 and '40 in a single file per DLC, and can be downloaded through the links i posted in the first post on page 1 of this thread.
For today, the DLC '41 scenarios of Minsk and Smolensk.

GC 41 - Zhitomir.rar
GC 41 - Zhurivka.rar
I see you chose the Kiev path. I think that until then you have played every scenario I have in the GC. (I didn't go to Dunkirk, but that is kind of different).
Also, are you going East or West in '42?

Well i forgot to save a couple of replays of DLC '39. I took the French path in DLC '40 and yes, the Kiev path in DLC '41. I always had the impression that fighting the French and following the Kiev path was somewhat harder. I still carry my two CharB1s which i am going to upgrade later to Panthers and presently i have 3 KV-1s which i will upgrade later to Tiger Is. I sold already all the Matilda IIs, T-34s and Shermans i could lay my hands on.
Now i am about to punish myself in Stalingrad

Indeed, you will be punished at Stalingrad.
This is the path I took through the campaign so far:
39: Warsaw South
40: French, skip Dunkirk (until then I still played on the easiest level as I was still new to PzC)
41: Crete Airbourne, Leningrad
42: Yes to depot scenario, escape Stalingrad
43: Kursk South (got to Oboyan, then failed)
44: South path, waiting to get to Minsk44

Today the last scenarios of DLC '41 - Zolotonosha, Demyansk Pocket and the killer raincoat scenario of Vyazma. I ommitted Streets of Moscow though as it leads to nothing.
In the meantime i started to play the second holy **** scenario of Stalingrad.

I uploaded a single zip of the DLC '41 replays i posted seperately. You can find the zip in the first post on the first page of this thread.
Today i start posting DLC '42 East. The first part of this DLC still provides the feeling of invincibility but once the battle of Stalingrad begins, it is indeed advancing often in the opposite direction .
Until the very last scenario i was using my good old CharB1's but when i start DLC '43 i must upgrade them to Tiger I's. The two anti-tank units i nurtured - remember that AT gun from the first DLC '39 scenario? and the Panzerjäger i bought in DLC '40 - are worth their weight in gold. In the meantime both are StuG's and they often saved me from a desperate situation against the new T-34 models. I'm a bit weary in upgrading all the equipment to the latest stuff; three PzIIIs have become dedicated PzIIINs and are extremely valuable against those hordes of Russian infantry. I do have several Pz IVG's and several KV-1's but haven't upgraded any to Tigers as just yet. The FW190 also gets into service but as far i only upgraded 1 fighter to this new model. In the course of the DLC' 42 east i lost about 5 core units (i do have reform units on), especially planes due to the (ridiculous?) high amount of Russian AA guns.
I forgot to mention that i played DLC '39 on Colonel, DLC '40 on General, DLC '41 on Colonel and DLC '42 on Field Marshall difficulty. And yes i survived Stalingrad and all i got was that lousy achievement
So today i kick off with Vitebsk and Kharkov42.
