In case it helps, I wanted to post here to confirm that I have the exact same issue, so it's not an isolated incident. My Laptop's native resolution is 1920x1080 and if I play fullscreen, it cuts off the menus in the exact same way.

Interestingly I can play Panzer Corps fullscreen/fullI-res, and if I play in windowed mode at a lower resolution, Commander has no issue either (both are Steam installs). Let me know what you'd like from me in terms of debug logs, and I'll do my best to provide later in the day (off to work soon).

Sorry for the delay (got distracted by how fun Commander is, even in windows mode), but I actually have a dedicated NVidia card in my laptop, so it would be interesting if it was Intel's Integrated Graphics causing the issue (maybe the issue is there are two chip options ?)
