I have an Arab Conquest army you can borrow Muz.

It might not be any better than the Dailami you borrowed last year though.

When (if) they successfully arrive I can choose, at that time, whether they are coming on as HC or as HI?

We still haven't had an official clarification on this but I suspect most opponents at Britcon, and most importantly the umpire**, will probably be fine with this.

I'll have to check the rules to see what they say; like I said before I don't know the answer offhand. Not sure if I will be umpire there or not as yet.

My point was more that if you could do it, HF are really a bit slow for the task. Whenever i flanks march I'm usually doing so in the hope that they'll come on fairly early and get stuck in before the enemy can react.
