Problem solved (at least with the slitherine updater): Turning off the VPN was the solution.
Thanks, but I don't think I have any Virtual Private Networks set up.
The link still won't work for me. Tried turning off Firewall also.

What actually happens if you try to download from the FTP-Server ?
Do you get any error message ?

I get a default Chrome 'This webpage is not available' page:
If the problem's related to download restriction, then I should know in a couple of days when January starts.

I hope it will works, bo direct way from panzer coprs starting pages doesnt work when try to open file:(

It doesn't work for me, neither from Matrix nor from Slitherine, nor from the in game updater, nor from Softpedia.
Every times the patch is only partly downloaded then the process abort, resulting in a non valid zip files.
My connection seems OK as I was able to download other files.
Edit:
I was finally able to download the patch in its entirety, and to install it.

The patch won't install: Launcher error 'unable to open setup file'. Has anybody had this problem, any solutions?
I am running it in admin mode and game folders aren't 'read only'.

Thanks but that is not the issue - I've downloaded it from both sources and it's the same result - launcher error, unable to open setup file.

Something is corrupting your download or Windows privileges is blocking the executable from properly operating.

You could try disabling UAC (if you haven't already done so).

Alright, It has worked - I had to run the patch from the inside the pcorps directory. It is either a weird glitch, my ignorance or a diffrent kind of a 'user friendly' approach

How to fix this logical error )Won triumphantly Operation Sea lion in 1940 (it is clear that up to this triumphant fell Poland , countries of Benelux +France ) then triumphantly conquered Moscow in 1941, but I was again forced to take the British Isles but already in Operation Sea lion 42 ) How to fix this deja vu (if there is a ready fix something in General would be good to myself not shaman )

Hello uzbek2012, are you sure you got a 'decisive victory' in sealion 1940? When you are sent back later in 1942, this only happens when you achieve a 'marginal victory' during Sealion 1940. It means you didn't completely conquer Great Britain and the British were able to push you off the islands. So after Moscow, you are forced to retake Great Britain and invade again. If you achieve a 'decisive victory' in Sealion 1940 you will not be sent back later, because the British have surrendered completely.
After the Sealion 1940 battle the briefings should make it clear if you have completely conquered Great Britain or not. If you achieved a 'marginal victory', the message in Russian is:
Вы провели впечатляющую кампанию, и все же этого оказалось мало. Ваш удар был недостаточно быстрым, и британцы воспользовались этим, чтобы подготовиться к контратаке. Разведка сообщает о значительном сосредоточении сил на севере, готовых в любой момент перейти в наступление. Без надёжного плацдарма на острове мы не можем рассчитывать на успех в затяжной войне. Единственный выход - эвакуировать войска до того, когда осенние шторма в Ла-Манше захлопнут ловушку.

I understand that here in imposed scenarios Operation lion 42, the battle of Britain ended just an ordinary victory but how could the allies will respawn so quickly in Sicily ))) If the USSR conquered , conquered England twice, in 1940 and 1942, and in the description only States In the new patch still think the logic of the alternative scenario it is necessary to globally review )
And what would be if operation Sea lion 42 ended not an easy victory,and once again the ambulance (or is this not possible ))) would be Horde captured the USSR and England sent to the shores of the USA !?

If Sealion 1942 is a marginal victory, Great Britian is conquered and the game ends. So in that case there is no option to go to the USA because (according to the briefing) the USA and Germany made peace after Great Britain was defeated.
As you see, a loss in Sealion 1942 sends you to Italy, and this means you will only fight the historical defensive battles in Europe. It is true that the game ignores any earlier outcomes and these scenarios are played the same way for every campaign path.
I agree it is clumsy and not very logical to face large allied forces after the Sealion battles, but the game designers had to work with a limited number of campaign paths that re-use a lot of scenarios. If every battle in every path had different (more logical) follow-on scenarios, the amount of scenarios that the designers would have to make would quickly become very large, without much benefit. It would also be dificult to make interesting ahistorical scenarios when there would be no Allied European landings after Sealion, but the player would still have a large core of units available. How to make such battles interesting for the player?
When talking about realism, I think that Sealion would be impossible in reality, they even played a high-level wargame in 1974 with high-ranking officials (like Adolf Galland):
