Will the Soviet LK landers be an option?
And will Soviet manned missions to the "red" (Get it?) Planet be available in part two?

Manned Mars missions won't be included in part 2, only in part 3. We still haven't agreed on which missions will be featured, but we still have time to decide that :) .

I have great, great hope that developers will add all the important soviet missions including those hypothetical ;) keep my fingers crossed and sit quietly now :P

Maybe a permanent lunar outpost, that would have to be resupplied on a regular basis, like space stations. For that you would have to conduct successful cargo delivery missions, and there a few different programs would be interesting (having 2 or more programs running in parallel would allow you to keep going if one suffers a catastrophic failure, as it happened with the Shuttle Columbia in real life).
