Don't suspose any of the other FOGx are on odd numbers?

Not necessarily - we have 8 in FOG N, 15 in the 15mm Talents (Classical era), 12 in the 15mm Destrier (Medieval) and 7 in the 25mm. But one player has offered to switch between 25mm and 15mm, so it would be all even.

That's as matters currently stand. There is one player (Paul Westmore - 25mm) who has yet to send his list in, which might mean anything or nothing. There is still time in the final week for a sudden late entry or (sadly more likely) another withdrawal somewhere along the line. I never really know how many people we will have until they are all seated on Saturday morning.

And then again on Sunday, as we have been known to lose the odd player after a boisterous Saturday night.

What a splendid field - am sad that I can't make this. Looking forward to hearing whether Tim can get the Swedes to work this time ...

I think I can probably tell you the answer to that one already....

An army choice more driven by the desire to field some new flags than anything else. :-)

Or a desire to push up your web site's hits with more pictures of Swedish princesses?

A quick update - Brian Homes has stepped in and offered to take the empty table-space to even the numbers. And with shoulders the size of his, that's a lot of space filled!

I have updated the R&R in the previous message.

Cheers,

I was noticing that there's a distinct Scandinavian theme to Tim's BatReps at the moment, what with the Danes and the Saga Vikings, and now the Swedes.

I don't formally have a date for your diary, but for as long as I have known it it has always been the weekend after Remembrance Sunday.

Thanks to everyone who came. FOGR looked like a great competition, and some beautiful armies were duking it out over the weekend. Thank in particular to Kevin Johnson, who set the theme and acted as FRUMP (Fog Rennaissance UMPire).

Cheers,

Tim

So does that run along the lines of Alastiar being a HUMP (Hoof UMPire)...

Therefore does this means going from a CHUMP to FRUMP you dont have to get over a HUMP :)

All the results are up on the WAR site - go to http://www.wargamesassociationreading.c ... ns-24.html and scroll down to near the bottom of the page.

Happy reading, or at very worst I wish you all grim satisfaction...
