Managed to load the map, then when I went to send it went 7mins before it gave me fail, then the tried multiple times abandon game.

Throughout the day it seems to have been going from normal to really crappy, started off couldn't even get on forum then login problems onto MP server, then the game upload to finish, now the game download to begin.......

Crazy stuff. I'm on BT and have ensured all torrents etc are off. No streaming, check to mke sure my bandwidth isn't being bottle necked. All seems to be running fine, tried movie box to stream (very temperamental program) and it's streaming fine.

Is this just a UK issue.......maybe Al Qeada have been using BA to garner battle intelligence and now the security forces are monitoring all UK traffic!!

As this seems to be affecting just the ipad players could it be:

Apple have released 7.0.2 today and everyone on ipad would have received an alert regarding the availability. Could this in some way be interfering with our communication with the server - in other words does the BA software transmit from a certain port on the ipad and the update alert broadcast on same port.

My server credential issue seems to have fixed itself. The server believes I am a legit user, but my Clash of Armour redux scenario still won't load - it is a scenario from Slitherine, so it is not something I can find and reload (assuming that is even the issue).

Or is it just all those poor sheeples who rush out for their iphone 5s' have clogged our network with their update downloads.

Just had same turn play twice. Had error on opening it a few times then when it did open I played it and finished and it loaded it again. I played same moves but have informed my opponent of fault.

I still get failed to load the turn file not found for Clash of Armour Redux -- but I can create a new challenge and that works

I still can't play the existing clash of armour MP game - get failed to load - scenario not installed - BUT I started a new one MP hotseat and it loads for both sides fine - so the scenario is installed.

I am still seeing delays in logging in and for the turns to load 90-120 seconds. it is 9:41AM here on the US East Coast. I play on a PC so I do not think it is OS specific.

Pip, FYI, I also play PzC and see the same type issue, slow logging into MP for that game.

Going to try and reboot my cable modem, router and PC and see it that can flush this out...

It is 14:45 hours GMT. Have attempted to load three separate games from "my games".the par looking at his watch appears and slowly counts down to 60 seconds then a message appears to check my internet status. My status is good like previous author have rebooted and still the same.

Over to the boffins, good luck.

After rebooting my hardware (cable modem, router and PC) issues appears to be better, now seeing 20-30 seconds as opposed to 60-90 seconds

Will update later...hopefully flushing out the old cached data in the devices has helped

Hi guys

we are looking into the issue. Given that (for me at least) there is no visible slowdown on the forums, it's not some general issue with connectivity. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Cheers

Pip

Major issues in the past few days. Loading time is long. Also after trying to save or play I get a message asking me to abandon the turn. The message appears after 1 second of loading attempt. It basically does not give you the chance to save or end the turn again.

I'm not sure what you are saying here. What specific error message do you, and what do you have to do to replicate the problem. Please be specific.

Cheers

What he is talking about is when you have finished your moves and you press to end turn, it tries then says could not, after 3 attempts it says couldn't, so you press red x this then says abandon turn, you then press green tick to abandon game.

And after hours of trying to get the game started, it gives me one of those you have downloaded multiple times and you may be kicked, and then finally lets me start a game.

Pip I don't know what it's saying at your end - but at my end it's saying unable to connect to server please check your connection etc. I must have tried the game against jaster nearly 40 times before it sent me the warning then finally let me not the game.

I have now lost every game I was playing - games that I have been unable to get into, the list of games awaiting my opponents move and my game history.

The list of available games is still there so it giving me access to server.
