While attending school and looking for work, running Cold Wars should be someone else's chance for leadership. I will be back in the saddle as soon as possible. For Jeff or anyone else that wants to step up I just recommend the following: 1) have a theme and an open or just an open 2)I f you want 15mm and 25mm players, get 8 foot tables for everyone if possible. 3) Ask vendors for some prizes at least 2-3 weeks prior to the convention.

The most important thing to do is keep communicating with players, just posting the event is the start of the process, not the end.

Jeff if you want the hat its yours unless Jeff Wiltrout who ran it last year wants to repeat. GOOD LUCK
