I know, they're killing me as well.

In Europe Black Bean have the rights to publish the game (the last game we did not self publish) and they are not doing anything with it right now.

In the US it should be releasing in the next week or two - Valcon are the publisher and I think early May was the relese date.

Yes, but why use the DS? It is zoned! That is an awful moved by Nintendo and I can only encourage Slitherine to pressure Nintendo to make either the DS unzoned or at least there game fully supported by all version of the console. Otherwise I guess that I won't be able to buy the game (I bought only japanese version of console).
