As I said agree to putting an example and clarificaiton on the website. Indeed this is exactlyt the pickiness we are looking for so not complaining...

Why only on the website and not directly in the rules?

I can answer that one. It very quickly reaches a situation where there are so many minor explanations in the rules that they become very difficult to understand and remember. If 90% of the readers are getting it correct, then it is better not to add more to the rules. The rank swapping is a very nice example of this. No-one I have played has thought about doing it. Spike is right that the rules don't actually state that you cannot. For the few who think about it, the answer will be on the web-site and not taking up space in the rule book.
