On second thought I have no faith. I prefer to wait till the next patch.

If I try to install thr 517 files, I know the game wont run or else I cant play a PBEM game becasue its incompatable or else I get the blue screen of death

The next patch needs to be one patch that works for both the Slitherine version and the Matrix version.

And it needs to be one single patch that incorporates all the patches to date.

Sorry that will not happen - there are alwasy different patches for different publishers as each has their own copy protection system.

There are dirs in the zip. Just unzip it to a folder somewhere and you'll see them all. Do not drag them from the zip file, you must say extract, and specify where you want them to go to.
