Could there be some temporary cache that is not being cleared by deleting the file and this is preventing it properly downloading again? Could the file be corrupt and not deleted or read only and not downloaded or trying to save to a folder where there is no write permissions?

I have done all the steps you indicate (download new patch, deleted existing content download, clicked the delete, re-downloaded the content, etc) and also continue with the same problem than Guilles.

Hi Iain,
yeeeeees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the version 2.0.3 works on my desktop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
all the functions are working , Zoom ,quick navigation and on my "23 inches" screen it's really cool to read on it!

Hi,
it seems I have a very similar issue with my digital version of the FoG 2.0 ruleset.
I am using a Dell Latitude D600 Laptop.
Windows Xp SP3
Intel Pentium M 1.6Ghz
512MB RAM.
ESET NOD Antivirus 5.0.95.0
I attempted to download the reader but it is stuck on part 12. So I assume the file it tries to download is corrupted. Deleting the file folder after deinstalling it, combined with deleting temp files etc. did no work so far. When I download the reader and install it it just resumes downloading the corrupted part.
How can I get entirely rid of the already downloaded files and just try to download it again? Where are these files saved?
On my other PC with Windows 7 it worked without a problem.
