We think this is now fixed - could you give it a try and see if you are able to login with your serial?

It worked immediately. All's well that ends better. Here's hoping for some improvements to the reader soon.

I have the same problem, I have purchased both FOG reader and ROR book at same time; getting 2 keys, the key for ROR works but the key for FOG reader don't!.
I have sent an email to support few hours ago.
