intel core i5-2300 CPU 2.80 GHz
6.00 GB ram
free memory on hard disk more than 60 GB

AVG 2013 edition
windows firewall and windows defender
tried to uninstall all, reboot, reinstall all, with and without protection, with no effect;
bought a second for my second ( older computer ) running Microsoft Windows XP , no antivirus, not working better than the other;

hope it will helps to solve our problem;

I continue with the problem.

Also have tried to download PC beta patch with Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox but the problem remains

I'm not a computer technician but... could be the problem related with the router ports?
